Thanks Tenkan for all your help. This is my situation for you to understand.
My actual hearing aid is an Interton Move3 wireless. I can connect with Noahlink Wireless without problems and now the fitting is fantastic. I’m really happy.
The problems are with the old ones.
I have the previous one that I think is Puretone P Series 2023 (at least the box is Puretone and because is , I guess P series is the only option). With this one I couldn’t find Purefit 6.1 that is the proper one according to IA, but is likely rebranded Audifone, so I tried the copy you send me of Audifit 4.7 but no success. I think software is a little bit old, that’s why I was looking for version 5. Although is named in the forum, I had no luck with this version until now, and Audifit 4 version cannot be updated. Let’s see if someone comes up with version 5. or maybe NewSoundFit 6.1 that IA says probably engine for P series.
For the third Earing aid, my first one I had from 2012, It is another CIC from Hansaton, and you send me Scout 3.6.1 but is not connecting. Maybe could be Connexx 6.x or 7.x with Hansatone data module installed.
So, as a resume, I had success with the last one until now. But I’ll keep on trying!
