Oticon Genie 2023.1 - four new Real models

i have had Genie 2 software for a number of years and have the programming device. I am looking for a link to update my current version which is 2021.2 to the current 2023 version for Real.

You could use the built-in updater in Genie, check you system tray as it should be there.

Oh that’s no good, well you can also find the Genie updater in the Genie files installed on your PC, just add it to your home screen for future reference.

I’m a new user of oticon real hearing aids. Could you kindly share the genie software so I know about the possible options and check things out? I’ll also buy a noahlink somewhere.

Welcome to the forum, sure no problem, you can easily get the Noahlink wireless programming device on eBay, have a read up on the user guides as well, very handy for setting up the first time.

I got a set of Ria2 from my father and I want to learn more of how to program and use them for myself.
I got an Expresslink 3 with cables from ebay (Sonic EXPRESSlink 3 Hearing aids programmer | eBay3) for 100 EUR and got hold of Genie 2 2019.2 from oticonsupport.co.uk5 (via web archive) But that one won’t update to the latest.
For which I cannot find a download link for, so this brought me here.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, but you don’t actually need the latest version for the Rea2 models you have tho, I would think even 2017 would work.

Yeah that’s exactly as it’s supposed to do, funny enough tho,some people say no matter what they do they can’t get the updater to do this!

Hello tenkan, I already have the Noahlink software, the transmitter can be found without difficulty. Sorry for my broken English, I’m French :innocent:
