I am getting the new Starkey Edge hearing aids. I have been a Signia wearer for several years and have done my own adjustments using the fitting software with the Noah wireless. Any chance I can get the Pro Fit software?

Hi there, oh your changing over to Starkey, a bit different from Signia for sure, you’ll also need a copy of patient base to get started.

Yea, Signia did a software change that really messed up the quality of the listening and connectivity. I was fitted for the Pure Charge and Go 7IX. I have had to send it in for 8 repairs since March. Additionally the speaker kept frizzing out.
So, the decision was made to switch me to Starkey Edge .
