Hi. i have read through a lot of this and also need the Starkey software. I have the Noahlink coming and found a link to download the Patient Base software! I’m still not sure if I need both that and the latest Starkey software to set up my new hearing aids. I would appreciate some confirmation on that and direction to the needed setup reading. Thanks for you help and sharing a link to the starkey pro fit software?

Welcome to the forum, yes patient base and software, it’s all easy enough to install, as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hello again, I have the Starkey Patient Base program and it was working and now after updating it is asking me for a username and password and I do not know what they are. Can you provide me with a username and password? Thank you very much

What’s that, I’m guessing just put whatever, I haven’t heard of anyone having to do this, try uninstalling patient base and then reinstall.
Your not using the cloud based option are you by any chance?

I just got the Starkey Genes 2400 and I have access to the Noah link Wireless2. Where can I download the Starkey fitting pro software for Windows? It seems the website requires a login on the Starkey site to download the fitting program…
