Can someone message me a link to the software I need to download and install, and also a list of what software needs to be installed? I would like to have the software running and installed along with the programming interface before I get my new starkey omega ai hearing aids.
Hi there @hirdlej great your giving a go do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll also need patient base as well as profit, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
Ok, this forum isn’t very intuitive. Can you tell me where the user guides are and where if downloading the software is done there? What model number noahlink do i need?
Actually it is, you just need to learn your way around, we have a great forum (including PM!)with very knowledgeable members to help you along,it doesn’t matter which Noahlink wireless you get as they both do the same thing, cheers
Dear @tenkan I am also not so experienced with this type of forum. that’s why I have to ask: am I missing some link to the user guide? I am also looking for guidance and download for Starkey Pro Fit.
Welcome to the forum @1Christoph great your giving a go, yeah the guides are pretty easy to find on Starkey website, actually they are one of the better one’s and give quite detailed information, also don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting plus you’ll need patient base and the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
Hi, I have Costco Soundgear AMP hearing aids, which are basically Starkey Edge mRIC’s rebranded. I would like to try programming. I’ve been sent links to Pro Fit and PatientBase, and I have a functioning Novalink; the Pro Fit sees the Novalink, but the Novalink won’t connect to the Soundgear aids. They Connect just fine in Costco (they also use Novalink) with Costco’s software, and I think Starkey has “protected” the Soundgear Aids so they’ll only connect with a Soundgear branded version of Pro Fit. (the “my starkey” cellphone app also won’t connect, one needs to use the “my soundgear” app). Anyone know if the appropriate version of Pro Fit is available? If the cost is reasonable, I’d certainly for it.
Install latest software
Starkey ProFit 2025.1 (at time of writing it is ProFit 2025.1: Version: 6.0.10210.0)
Starkey Patientbase
For programming SoundGear Amp (Costco - Starkey Multi Brand) startup the software via Windows Run command. Press Windows-Key + R and enter (copy & paste) the following command line and press Enter.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch SoundGearFitting

Hi there @tim4 great your doing a bit of , good idea to check out the details, no doubt you have everything else so I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.
Yes I'm looking for the Starky Pro Fit software I have not bought starkey yet. but wanted to see what the software was like before I went down that road I now have Phonak and the Soft is impossible. I used to have Sam's Club hearing aids and they had a software I downloaded and it made it very easy to work with so thinking Starker may be the way to go
In what way do you mean? Reading the user guides and a few videos is usually enough to get started. But good idea to check the software out, but I wouldn't buy based just on the software alone, for Starkey you'll also need patient base and the Noahlink wireless if you haven't already got it.
Thanks for the quick reply. It's early for me to receive hearing aids due to my insurance standards. But I am so fed up with these phonak hearing that I'm looking early. I have noah. Thought if I could get starky software It would let me know if it would be possible for me to do any programming before I go any further down that road,
