Using custom program from phone on Target

Does anyone know how to take custom settings from myPhonak app and use those settings in the target software? I created a program in the app, but cannot find that program on Target when I connect my hearing aids to the software to make that my default setting. Really all I want to do is use the custom “comfort” option on my default program but can’t find the “comfort” option in target either. Any ideas?

Infinio Sphere 90’s with Ultra update. Giving this topic a bump as I’ve set up MyPhonak app custom programs including one based on Calm Situation. I’d like to get the custom Calm Situation program into Target for comparison purposes. The custom programs in MyPhonak don’t show in the list of programs within the Fine Tuning screen when the Sphere’s are connected to Target. Is there an “Import” function that I’ve missed? Any help appreciated. TIA.

How do I apply my patient’s myPhonak app adjustments to their hearing aid settings in Phonak Target?

It’s a bit old but could be of some use.

How do you adjust a program, in target, from a program created in the MyPhonak app
In the app, there is bass, middle, and treble frequency ranges. These ranges correspond to the following frequencies: Bass: <290 Hz* Middle: 500-2.5kHz Treble: >1.5kHz Each slider’s range is +/- 12dB in 3 dB increments.
