Phonak Cros quit working

I have Phonak Cros Hearing Aids. The right ear is bad. Sends signal to left ear . They have worked pretty well for 4 + years. Today the Right ear HA quit working. I replaced the battery, changed the , and cleaned the canal. The Left Ear HA is the processor. It works fine. Of course, it happens on the week-end. Searching the internet for answers.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Did you find a solution, sometimes in situations like this you need to send to your Audiology clinic and or manufacturer for diagnosic.

After 4 years, the might need to be service. Asked the Audi to run some test.

Thanks for the reply. I did not find an answer on the internet. I have sent a txt to the local provider. I will call them today (Monday) when they open up. At least I have the the left ear working, so I will get by. If the Left HA quit, I would be in real trouble. This has taught me a lesson, and that is to have a BACKUP. I am going to get a 2nd pair in case of an emergency. It is time anyway. (They say about 6 years is the norm) A new set of Phonak Cros is around $4,000. I know a lot of of folks here on the board don’t have that luxury. I see it as a necessity.

All good, but yes you should always keep a back up set handy for these very reasons, you could get some quite cheap on eBay if you wanted.

Took my Phonak Cros into the audiologist today. He got them right side working again. He cleaned the memory and reprogrammed it. They are over 5 years old and have done a good job for me.

But, time marches on. I ordered up a new set of Phonak Cros “Paradise.” $4,000.

So, I will have a 2 working pairs of Phonak Cros ’s. It is what it is.

My only problem now is to get an appointment with the National Health Service. Their resources are always stretched to the limit. First possible appointment is in 6 months!
