Yeah, seems like it’s not detecting my old Nera Pro (I am on backup coz my current one is in for repairs)

Hi there, sure, a good idea there, get a feel for the software before hand, check out the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

@firenzel Hi - just joined. I would like to get the Genie software so I can see what options my Audiologist has. Just got them and my one big issue is that the volume on calls via Bluetooth is very low - much lower than when I used my AirPods and might be a deal-breaker for using hearing aids at all. You seem to be the person with a link to get that software?

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, but you’ll also need the correct programming device, from OPN you can use Noahlink wireless programming device.
Do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hi @firenzel, Would you kindly provide the link to Genie 2 2023 software? My hearing is in flux, and I’d like to tweak my to optimize their performance. I plan to order Noahlink for a holiday present for myself.
