Hi there, let us know how you get on with programming these new models, you’ll need to update genie software to the very latest version as well.
Don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your project.

Hello, I bought a pair of unprogrammed Oticon Real 1 aids and a Noahlink Wireless Bluetooth Hearing Aid Programmer and now need a download link for the Oticon Genie 2/2032 fitting software.
Can anyone help me out with this?
Kind regards

Hello,
I used to have Bernafon hearing aids and have already worked with the Oasis fitting software.
I now use Oticon More 1 hearing aids and would be very happy to receive a download link for
the Genie 2 fitting software. Noahlink is already available as an interface.
Can anyone help?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi there, sure it’s available, it’d be great if you could let everyone know how you get on, Bernafon and Oticon are supposed to be a lot different in how they work, would be interesting to hear.

Hello,
I have been struggling with tinnitus for about 3 years. Last year I was diagnosed with hearing loss and tried Oticon Opn S3 for 3 months. I was shocked at how expensive hearing aids are when I went to purchase one. While researching more affordable options, I found this forum and was very inspired to see many of you making your own hearing aids. I decided to give it a try myself and purchased a used Oticon More 3R and Noahlink Wireless. However, I’m unable to find the Oticon Genie 2 software needed.
Would anyone be able to help me out? Any advice or info on where to get the software would be greatly appreciated

Hello there,
I would also like to receive the link to the latest Oticon Genie 2 software. I have my Oticon Real 1 for 1 month now (some changes done by my specialist), but I would like to see what I can do myself. Guide is read trough and the Noahlink is ordered.
Thanks in advance.

I’m also trying to find the oticon genie 2 software. I’m getting the Oticon Xceed 2 aids via the NHS. Being NHS means it can take a long time to get an appointment for adjustments so having the software would be great. I have the Noahlink as I used it with the Phonak Target software for my last hearing aids and it was excellent.
Does anyone know if I will need an NHS unlock code for the Oticon Xceed aids? if so does anyone have it?
I did ask my NHS audiologist if I could have a copy for the software and she looked at me as if she was about to kill me lol
If anyone could help i’d be really grateful.
Many thanks
Terry

Hi there, sure it’s available, however I can’t remember if you need a code for those, i don’t think so, @Zebras is using them to confirm.
