Danalogic ambio faulty

You will be fighting a loosing battle trying to get them connected as they aren’t made to connect to Win 11 or your Tablet.

Most people connect via the Resound Mutli Mic.

I believe the ASHA protocol only works with some Android devices and not all.

My Danalogic Ambio 77 from the NHS had the crackling/static noises. I purchased a secondhand pair of Danalogic Ambio 77 from Fleabay. I carried out an In-Situ Audiogram and set-up the aids from that. On Program 1 I turned OFF Environmental Optimiser, Noise Tracker and set Omni Directional Hearing. No crackling. YMMV.

I have had Danalogic aids for about 2 years now, and have had to go back with problems at least 6 times, and always for the left hearing aid, never the right one. They have had to supply new aids twice as the one I had were faulty.

It’s so embarrassing as I think they think I am making it up, but even as I type this, the left one is rattling and keeps fading out as though the noise reduction mode is on, but it’s switched off? I have had to make yet another appointment in about 2 weeks, for them to try to fix it yet again.

Thanks. Yes, turned off Bluetooth on phone and laptop. The software finds the aids but fails to connect. Could it be the batteries? I’ll try a different batch.

Possible, but not usually the case, they’d need to be pretty flat to begin with, remember you only get a couple of minutes in pairing mode as well.

Thanks. Presumably pairing mode restarts when you open the battery draw and then close it?

Fantastic, great you got it sorted.
