I would like to try some customizations, School looks to be down, is there anywhere I can get the Genie Software?

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, you’ve come to the the right place, you’ll also need the correct programming device depending on which models of Oticon you have, the Noahlink wireless for OPN onwards but fittinglink for older models.
Do read the user guide as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, anything else just ask or post a new topic in forum.

Good day to you, I need the Genie 2 for my new Oticons as they are supplied by the NHS and the audiologist only makes adjustments in a small consulting room…once I get outside or at home the sound is disappointing, music sounds horrible

Welcome to the forum sure it’s available, but you’ll also need the hardware for your project, what models from Oticon have you got.

I have the Oticon Real 1 and need the latest/newest Oticon Genie download link. I installed the Genie 2017 but I can’t update it to the Genie 2023.

Would someone be so kind as to link me to a copy of Genie 2 please? I have all the other gubbins I need but wanting to do some fine tuning /see how my current aids are set up. I’m sure there’s room for improvement.

Hi there, sure, yeah I always believe there’s improvements to be made, it’s quite possible to get them sounding better then what your clinics have set up over time.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and of course don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.
