Hi there, sure it’s available, but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hi. I have installed the target software and connected icube II.
In setup, fitting device, detect the icube.
In Device diagnostics it detects each hearing aid.
But, I don’t know how to make it detect both and save the configuration.
What am I doing wrong?

Good question, hard to say(why are you in Device diagnostics?) but just start from the beginning, make a client (enter your name, DOB)and then connect with iCube ll, don’t forget to open and close the battery doors first, you get a couple of minutes in pairing mode, once iCube ll has connected to your , target will ask to “load from hearing aids” or start new fitting, choose from HAs, next from here you then simply click close target, you’ll see a pop up asking to “save to HAs and database” click it and it’s done, I’ve sent the user guide again for you.

One more question. Should I update to target 9.0.1? It seems compatible with icube II.
Now I have target 5.0

No don’t do that, keep what you have set up, I think 8.1 is the last version for iCube ll, but you don’t need it, version 5 is fine for your models.

Haven’t used iCube 1 for about for about 10 years @tenkan, on the old Phonak Spice platform, although I also had an iCube 11, I never actually used it… I got it from @Zebras, I planned to use iCube 11 on a set of Naida V90’s that I bought in mint condition via eBay… @andreanboea was needing an iCube 11, for his Indonesian kids, and contacted me via PM, so I thought his need was greater than mine, as he couldn’t program his donated older aids without the iCube 11, I also sent an iCube 1, the Naida V90’s, some other older aids, tubing & batteries I believe… So unfortunately, I have no actual experience in using iCube 11, and any experience I had with iCube 1, is long since forgotten, and evaporated into the mists of time… Sorry, I can’t help. Cheers Kev

Hello here,
I am new and want also to get the latest Target software.
I want to be able to configure my Phonak M90-10 NW O.
Once software is installed, what additional thing is needed to connect with my ? As that model is not wireless, I need something working with a cable.
Thank you for your advice

Hi there, sure it’s available, yes you’ll need the HiPro and CS44a plug in type for size 10 batteries for programming.
Do read the user guide for target software, as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
You’ll find everything online eBay and aliexpress.

Many thanks Tenkan for your quick answer.
Would you be able to provide a link for the Target software installer (perhaps in private message) ?
I have another related question : is there a need for a licence and what about the warranty if I use the software myself ?
Because adjusting makes me think to android rom flashing, where most of the manufacturers say warranty is void if you install a custom OS or root your device. Are there similar issues when the final user (me here) uses directly Target software on its rather than asking his practician to do so ?
Thank you

Hi there, sure target is available, don’t worry about “licence agreement” as such, you agree to that stuff when you go to install the software, programming ones is not the same as flashing custom ROM, you are simply using the same software your audiologist’s use.

Hello all,
New poster here, but I’ve been lurking for some time as a “guest”. Lots of great information as I have been browsing through the site.
Firstly, I just want to say, I ordered the Noahlink 2 wireless, and was looking for the latest version of the Target software since I have two Phonak Naida L-PR’s (the L30’s), and get things set up once I receive the Noahlink in a couple weeks. I guess it wouldn’t have to be the newest version of the software, just new enough to be compatible with Windows 11.
Thank you any and all for the help with my query and I will definitely refer back to this website if I require further assistance.

Thank you! It’ll be a couple weeks before I get the Noahlink, so in the meantime, I’ll be doing a fair amount of research and reading!
