Question to all those who have installed the 2024 hearsuite software on windows 11. Do you guys get this same funky issue with the mouse cursor? The software works fine but the mouse cursor seems to be always in the “spinning” circle/loading state while the mouse clicks and commands work flawlessly. More of a cosmetic issue rather than functional but wanted to check to see if anyone on here has the same issue

I’m on win10 so obviously I’m not having the same issue, is that a bluetooth mouse? So you never had this issue on win10 and now you upgraded to win11 and now this?

I believe i’ve always been on win 11 since the 9050 didn’t come out until after 11 has already been available. I would also like to add that even on the older release you shared I had this weird cursor. Have you updated to 2024.2 on windows 10 without this wierd cursor?

it’s not actually the mouse. but the cursor as soon as the mouse goes over to hearsuite as the active window. when the mouse hovers outside the hearsuite borders to over to my browser window, it turns back to an arrow. the mouse operates fine in hearsuit just wierd how it shows the spinny circle rather than an arrow when it’s clear nothing is loading since there is zero lag or delay when i change tabs/menu within the app. You’re currently on 2024.2 using the file i shared pulled from the updater app a few months back?

Any chance you may be able to share a link to the install file you use? i recall i got my initial one from another member and ended up doing a fresh reinstall using the files pulled from updater folder still with the odd mouse issue

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, it’s all easy enough and it certainly makes it easier to set up the first time by doing your “study” first, as you have the Noahlink wireless I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi, like many others I’d love to learn to do some tweaks myself on my 9040’s. Restaurants especially! I understand I need the Noah device and will definitely order that if I could have access to the Philips software. I am new to this forum so I apologize if there isn’t a more efficient way of asking. Thanks in advance!
