Hi there, hey great your giving a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides, plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as for any projects.

Is there a trick to updating the HearSuite? The update service (PhilipsHearSuiteUpdaterService) is running, but HearSuite is version 2019.1, not 2023.2

Anyone know what could be causing this?

The 2019.1 only lists HearLink 9010 instruments, not the 9040 I have.

(It’s also not detecting them)

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s all pretty easy enough, it’s a good idea to read the user guides and get familiar with the software before starting your project.
