Hi - I’ve been doing diy with my Resound Linx Quattro’s for a few years, and have just purchased Starkey Genesis ai’s. Is anyone able to provide guidance getting the latest ProFit software? Thank you for your consideration. Steve

Welcome to the forum, great your doing a bit of , yeah that’s a bit of a difference in brands, but Starkey seem to popular, you’ll need patient base as well for programming.

Hi Tenkan,
You were so kind to help me a couple of years ago. I’ve just moved to a new computer after my old one died and I’m trying to get my setup back in operation. It took me a while to find our previous exchange, as my login disappeared off the site as did the ability to DM apparently. Possibly you can still DM me – or do we need to wait?

I would greatly appreciate links for Starkey ProFit (for my Genesis ) and ReSound SmartFit (for my LiNX Quattros). Could you also remind me where to find the appropriate Patient Base download?
