Phonak Target: exporting client list and programs

I have used Phonak target for self-programming my two Phonak hearing aids, using a few client names. I have got a new laptop and I wonder if there is an easy way to export the client list with their programs to my new computer.

Yes there’s the import export feature in target, export to your desktop and then copy to a flash drive, then install on your new pc, open target and then import.

Tip for backup client data in Phonak Target 11.

In actual Target 11 versions you can use the bundled “TargetBackupTool.exe” backup tool which comes with Phonak Target.

To access this backup tool, open path:

Windows (C:) → Programms(x86) → Phonak → Phonak Target

Inside the folder Phonak Target you find executable: TargetBackupTool.exe

double click: TargetBackupTool (Target software needs to be closed in advance)

With this tool you can safe and restore backups for the complete client database of Target.
