What poor sound quality? My INTENT1 aids sound the best of any hearing aids i have ever worn in my 20 years of wearing aids! My INTENT1 sound better than any earbuds or headphones I have ever tried. Now I do wear custom ear molds with very small vents. But the sound is wonderful. After many dacades I am enjoying music, lectures and going to church services and even meetings again. And i only have and need my default general program.

Your experience with your hearing aids has convinced me that I shall test your brand before next time.

I’ve had 3 sets of Phonaks. My dispensing Audi didn’t give me a choice when he approached workman’s compensation to get replacement hearing aids to replace 2 year old hearing aids. It’s a miracle he convinced them.
