Hi there @gazuglen great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hello everyone,
I am a hearing aid user from Japan.
I am looking for the Rexton-specific version of Connexx fitting software that is compatible with my Rexton BiCore Custom Li hearing aids.
I previously obtained Phonak Target software through Google Drive with help from this community. At first, I could not access the shared file because I did not have permission. The problem was eventually resolved when the file owner granted access to my Google account.
To avoid the same issue this time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with the following:
- Please let me know where I can safely and legitimately obtain the Rexton-specific version of Connexx.
- If you share a Google Drive link, could you please tell me whether I need to request access?
- If permission is required, I can send you my Google email address privately so that you can grant access.
- Please let me know if the software is compatible with Rexton BiCore Custom Li hearing aids and which version I should use.
- If Google Drive is not available, I would appreciate an alternative authorized download source.
I would like to make the download process as smooth as possible.
Thank you very much for your kindness and assistance.
Best regards,
A hearing aid user from Japan

Hello tenkan,
Thank you very much for your reply!
It's nice to hear from you again.
As you may remember, you kindly helped me obtain Phonak Target when I was considering switching from Jabra to Sennheiser hearing aids.
I already own a Noahlink Wireless and have experience with hearing aid fitting.
This time, I would really appreciate your help in obtaining the Rexton-specific version of Connexx that supports my BiCore Custom Li hearing aids.
If you share the software through Google Drive, could you please make sure I have the necessary access permissions? Last time, you kindly helped me resolve that issue with Phonak Target.
Thank you again for your continued kindness and support!
Best regards.

Hi @tenkan,
I'm happy to let you know that I successfully installed Rexton Connexx 9.12.3 on my Windows 11 laptop!
The software launches properly, and I was able to set the interface to Japanese.
I also received and saved the Connexx programming guide you kindly shared with me.
Thank you so much for sharing the software and guide, and for taking the time to help me. I truly appreciate your kindness and support.
My next step will be to check the connection with my Noahlink Wireless.
Thanks again for everything!
Best regards
