Hi I’m looking for the download of the latest version of Oticon Genie 2 software, I’ve read the user guide and would like to understand all the options in the software please.

@P_L

@tenkan will help you with the software but do you want the code to program or look at your NHS Aids. It unlocks the software to include NHS models.

Hi there, great your giving a go, as you’ve done some research and read the user guides it’ll be much easier on your first fit, plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, and of course the code.

I thought I had the Oticon Genie 2 software but it has been corrupted. Please could someone send me a link (as well as the Edge password) I have Noah wireless and use it on Signia/Rexton successfully)

Many thanks

(it has been frustrating week, I thought I would reprogram my KS10s for better speech in noise, but find they are not with me but I have left them in London, then I decided to have a go at the same on my Oticons, only to find that my Genie software is not working. Your help is much appreciated)

Hi there, yeah sounds like a bit of a mission you’ve been through, actually I always keep a backup on a flash drive for reasons like this, well hopefully you’ll be up and running in no time.

Thank you. It’s downloaded and installed, and I have made a backup. I will have a go at using it later today (still tied up with Christmas stuff, it’s Thursday breakfast time here)

Thank you for all your help. You really are a hero to the forum members!
