How can I know when Philips 9050 will be available in Costco China. It always comes later than Costco in other regions.

You probably can’t. You could ask the hearing aid staff but if it’s like Costcos in the US, they don’t know. Likely the best you can do is make an educated guess based on delays you’ve seen in other models.
