Is there any way to mute these aids without using the app? When I am at the gym I am usually listening to a podcast of some sort and I use the app to mute the ambient sound so that it’s easier to hear the podcast and I don’t need as much streaming volume with the ambient sound muted. I don’t need the app for anything else and would just as soon get rid of it. I’ve done an internet search and nothing there seems to work for me. It seems that both the left and right rocker switches on my aids are set to control the volume on my aids and using either one lowers or raises the streaming volume but not the ambient sound volume. Is there anything else I can try other than just continuing to use the app? Thanks.
