I like the COSCO marketing.
If I was buying hearing aids myself, I’d be at their door.
The guarantee is exceptional. I think it’s 6 months. Bring them back; money refunded.
I think that it should be easy to buy hearing aids. I think that they should work well for us.
I find it hard to compare their hearing aids to the others on the market. My Phonak Audeo Paradise P90R’s are the same (almost?) as COSTCO’s K10’s that are no longer offered. Their marketing genius and sales volumes show they are doing well.
But we all know that setup is very important.
My questions are: will I get the right specialist when I show up at COSCO? Will the setup be right?
Edit: Canada is a different market than the US. When I started checking out their offering they only sold hearing aids in six stores Canada wide. It’s a long long drive from Halifax to Victoria.
They have better market penetration now.
