It sounds (or rather READS!) like your fitter missed the boat here in two ways: 1.) molds don’t fit, and 2.) vent hole is TOO big. You can’t get comfy or optimal results with this combo, so either go back and have the molds re-cast (I like the idea of titanium!) and mention the vent hole isn’t working for you.
Definitely mention the Sky’s success for the world YOU want to hear. I had a similar experience when trading up from Phonak Marvel to Phonak Lumity Life rechargeble. The initial settings were SO off that my audi copy/pasted the Marvel settings right into the new aids’ program. However, this was the SAME make - Phonak - so the fitting software was the same too.
