Adding sub-categories to the Beltone HearMax App

Greetings…

I have the HearMax, which has allowed, in the past, very fine tuning to my aids.

However, the latest visit to my new location (in Gainesville GA, vs my previous FL provider and separate very-skilled audiologist’s locations) resulted in the removal of both the Restaurant and UltraFocus sub-apps, as well as two different ones for their remote mike (I have the Pal Pro).

In mucking around in trying to achieve pairing my aids to the Pal unit, as it’s key to my understanding speech in, for example, a restaurant, where I’ll set it on the table where it acts like a conference-style remote in an office group-call setting, the PalA sub-app mysteriously appeared in HearMax. I can’t manually activate streaming between the my aids and the mic, but my HearMax sub-app works as before, and is notably more convenient (just slide the boxes to reach the one for the PalPro) to use than the off/on cycle used in my first use of the remote mike…

So, I now have mysteriously added the PalPro; is there a way to add the UltraFocus and Restaurant sub-apps myself?

I’m a little confused, Sup-App what’s that? or you actually meant programs, the program should show in the app to whatever was originally programmed in Solus software by your Audiologist.

tenkan, I may have misapplied a label, but my term sub-app had to do with the categories which appear on my HearMax utility.
Currently I have all-around, hear-in-noise, music, phone, and TV/myPal A, the last being for using my remote mic, originally purchased to allow me to hear and understand my wife (when worn as a lavalier) who mumbles and, at the time, worse, whispered as we sat in the cockpit at anchor in our only home for 15 years, a cruising sailboat, for fear that someone on some other boat might hear her.
However, before moving to our current home, our VERY talented audiologist (to whom I was referred after my local one, AND a factory rep were unsuccessful in modifying my new aids to allow tonal accuracy in music and be able to understand my wife) added “Ultra Focus” (which I presume, now, to be essentially disabling the rear mics) and Restaurant (presumed high noise environment).
I have another appointment, this time to fit the newly received molds, and have another , next week. I’ll revisit my settings with my new (I’ve moved to an entirely different area, a disappointment as the previous audiologist saved my life, metaphorically speaking, and perhaps realistically, preserved my marriage, as my wife has a very low tolerance for anything other than what she wants, RIGHT NOW!!!) audiologist, and cross my fingers, particularly as that office is just a bit over an hour away…
