All Costco’s with Hearing Aid Centers must accept returns. Costco stands behind their return policy which is most likely the best in the business. It should not come as a surprise the returned aids must be discarded. So, there is definitely a negative cost that comes with returns. I just ordered new Rexton Reach aids from Costco. They covered the terms of the 180 day return policy, and they mentioned if I decide to return them, they ask that I give them at least one try to fix the problem. The aids will be in next week, but they do not have any open appointments for delivery and setup until the 27th. They have five hearing aid specialists and three booths, and they are really busy.
