The AirPod Pro 3 case acts as a charger when the ear buds are stored inside.
If I pull my Widex Evoke out of my head and store it in that case temporarily while I use the AirPods, am I going to run any risk of damaging the hearing aid from the charging electronics?

As long as the Widex charging contacts do not touch the charger contacts , you should be fine . That said, I wouldn’t put my aids there. You can buy a very small case for your aids for under $10 @ Amazon
