Am I the uk first

First initial observations at the end of every sound there is a high pitched buzzing & sound through Bluetooth is very tinny but things that can be sorted, the previous Spheres had same buz to start with until they were adjusted but the sound through Bluetooth was fine.

According to the myPhonak app my new EON’s have Roger installed but i haven’t installed it 🤷‍♂️ although I have gone back to my Lumity’s for the weekend because the buzzing seems to make my tinnitus worse but I have an appointment for Monday .

Well had my E90 EON’s reprogrammed this morning & so far so much better had to turn the telly down, buzzing gone & sound from Bluetooth so much better, also Auracast is very crisp & clear I even tried the Roger pen because the EON’s come with Roger installed but I am not sure I will need that, I am going to a garden centre, big house & restaurant for lunch tomorrow so will see how it works in a crowded space.
