Thanks for the reply!
must not be a lot of folks here using them
I'm not really clear on what the 4D sensor would really do but I assume it has something to do with helping it to focus on the speech.
I have tap control with the Sennheiser Sonite Rise aids. It's nice in theory, but honestly it's hurt more than it's helped. I've accidently hung up on so many calls, that I finally turned off that part of it the other day.... hang-ups from my glasses or adjusting my hat sorts of things. The other functionality is launching the Google assistant, and I get false triggers of that all the time too. The only thing that hasn't caused me grief and that I've actually enjoyed is the pause/play function for streaming
So
I'm really curious about Oticon's latest aids, and how well I might do with them without having to fiddle with changing programs. I'm starting to wonder if Phonak's philosohy of turning sounds down or off is what is actually what is causing me grief with speech understanding!
and I really prefer the zinc-air
that said, with them being limited to only the small 312 batteries I'm not really sure they're that much better than recharge.... and maybe that's why it seems that folks aren't talking about them here.
