Apple CarPlay hearing aid widget

A while ago I sent some feedback to Apple around hearing aids. Mostly regarding LE audio which they haven’t sorted yet, but also the potential to add hearing devices widgets to CarPlay. Looks like they may have heard that part. Hearing devices in CarPlay widgetsMight not be useful for everyone but sometimes I like to change program depending on the situation. Driving alone, with someone, music on etc. My current setup would require cycling through with the button. Looks like now I could easily select the program from the screen in the car 🙂

I don't find myself changing programs or volume on my hearing aids while in the car often at all... In my opinion what is really needed is an easy way to change audio routing from CarPlay to the Hearing Aids and vice versa.

Right now you have to fiddle with the phone if you want to take a phone call on your hearing aids or if you want to listen to a podcast while other people sleep on a road trip. Then if you want to switch back to audio over CarPlay to listen to music, for example, you have to fiddle with the phone again. This seems like an easy fix to me...
