Asha connection problems

Hi

I have had a pair of Resound Linx Quattro 961 rechargable hearing aids for the past 6 years and i stream audio via asha from my android 13, samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g smartphone.

Streaming quality and connection reliability between phone and hearing aids has become poorer in the past 3 weeks.

I have noticed that when I try to start streaming audio from my phone that the hearing aids show up in the phones connected bluetooth list as "my name hearing aids" but very soon after this label changes to "GN hearing aids" and the pairing drops to the right ear, then the left ear and then both ears.

I have tried countless times to unpair then repair the aids through the Resound smart 3d app. I've cleared the smartphone bluetooth cache and the smart 3d app.

All of the fixes work for a few hours then the hearing name reverts back to "GN Hearing aids."

My hearing aids app version is 1.42.1(50804)

My hearing aid software version is 1.0.45

Any thoughts as to why the hearing aids name keeps changing?

Can this be fixed?
