Dear,
I have single-sided deafness (). My good ear has normal hearing, but the hearing loss in my poor ear is nearly 100 . Because I haven’t received sound stimulation on that side since childhood, my speech recognition score is very low. Consequently, my poor ear cannot use a standard hearing aid and have to relies on a transmitter to route sound to my good ear."
“I recently trialed the Signia Pure 3iX CROS and found that unless the person is speaking right next to me, the CROS receiver struggles to clearly pick up and transmit the sound to my good ear. I want to ask other CROS hearing aid users: Are you satisfied with your CROS hearing aids? And would upgrading to a higher-tier model significantly improve my situation? Thank you.”
