Good day all. Ive been wearing hearing aids for over 15 years. For the last 7 ive been in Starkey Muse IQ I2000 ’s. They suited me well but still missed out on alot words. I decided with all the new technology, to find something that may be stronger and better. After being tested, the audiologist told be that Audibel Vitalty 20 CIC would give me more power with plenty left in the tank. I pulled the trigger and after being fitted immediately I felt a more muffled sound and not as crisp as my old hearing aids. Plus I had to put it at max power hear at work. Should I just go back in and see if its a programming issue? All feedback would be much appreciated.
