Bernafon reprogram

I have a pair of Zerena 9, by Bernafon, I purchased from Costco in 2019. I’m in East Texas now without access to a Costco store. I’m having the arpeggio sound in my right aid again. I had both aides replaced in 2021 because of this problem. Bernafon say that the Zerena was only sold at Costco in the USA, and are now discontinued and no longer supported. Is there a clinic in East Texas, around the Longview area that can reprogram these for me?

I’m pretty sure that model was sold in a lot of places outside of Costco, but anyways how about a update to later models, as the tech in those (first release 2018) is pretty old nowadays anyway. Hopefully you’ll find someone to help out.

I’m going to update. I have an appointment on Oct. 27th. I want to get these reprogrammed so I can use them when I’m out fishing. If I ever fall overboard I won’t mind losing these.

Yeah strange because you can even find these for sale online now all over the interwebs.
