I had been able to make phone calls with my cell phone and blue tooth with no problem.
Suddenly now, when I make a call all that I get is two phone rings then the call dies.
What is causing this?

Hi there, well for a start can you give everyone a bit more information, what phone and are you using?

The phone is Samsung. Less than one year old, will have to find which model. Service is TracFone.
Hearing aids are Oticon More 1.

Ok thanks for that, if it’s just “suddenly” started happening I’d check your bluetooth connectivity, unpair the mores from your phone and the repair them, reboot your Sammie and see what happens.

I have done the repairing of the Connectclip & rebooted the Sammie. Also, tried on different phones.
Still the same problem except that the ConnectClip blue light that indicates pairing with a phone remains lit when I turn on the ConnectClip even though the phone is not on.
Seems like the problem is with the ConnectClip…

@hmeier4799 If the ConnectClip blue light remains lit when your phone is powered down that may indicate the the ConnectClip is connected to a different device which may be competing with your phone. Is it possible that the ConnectClip was paired to something else?
This FAQ states that you can delete all pairings as follows and then start over:
“ To delete Bluetooth pairings using ConnectClip, your client can press and hold the multi-button, volume up and volume down buttons for 10 seconds to clear all Bluetooth pairings.”
Hope that helps.

Problem solved. It was a phone network issue. I corrected it by removing the Sim card and reinstalling.

Ok great thanks for letting everyone know, will be good for others who have a similar situation.

Well I don’t believe you can pair them to your vehicle. I have the More1 aids and the iPhone. My iPhone is paired to my vehicle and when in the vehicle all calls and audio goes to the sound system in the vehicle unless I change the iPhone settings.

Is there a specific setting for turning up the volume of Bluetooth calls with the Genie software?

Ha ha I know state the obvious first, but yeah you obviously want the call volume to be at a set volume that your happy with, I know this is on some of the other manufacturer’s software, but I don’t recall if genie has this option tho, actually what phone android or iPhone, iPhone has a lot of options under “hearing device” settings I believe.

I’ve got a Pixel 8 Pro, before that Pixel 7.
Had the same problem with both phones.
Ironic, because I specifically bought the Pixel because they said it supported the Oticons.
So from what I can see I need to shell out 200 bucks for the Noahlink – no other option?
Thanks

Well I would hold up on ordering, need to confirm there’s anything there (genie software) that can help with call volume.

Yes there is! FYI @tenkan
It’s in the End Fitting Screen, and there are settings for Phone Volume, Mic to Phone ratio, and Audio Streaming Sound Quality.
Don’t forget to set Power Bass to High for better music bass:
