I recently bought some Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids from Costco. Callers to my mobile say they can’t hear me when I’m more than 2 feet away from my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G phone. I have tried repairing, etc., and nothing seems to work.

The S21 FE requires the use of the cellphone’s microphone. It wasn’t until I replaced it with a S24 FE and updated to Android 16 that the hearing aid microphones could be used for calls.
I have the M& receivers and was surprised how well it sounded after making a free test call to 804-222-1111 and listening to my speech being echoed back.
