Can I use Bernafon TV-A adapter with Sonic Captivate hearing aids?

I live in Europe … recently started to wear Sonic Captivate 100

I find very little info regarding Sonic HA … are they regularly available in the US ??

I’m unable to get the TV-Adapter (Make Bernafon — apparently the mother company of Sonic) working — unable to pair. (both blue lights not switching on)

Any advice ?

I know Sonic were available in the US. I don’t follow closely, but I have the impression that Phillips brand is more strongly marketed here (US) Don’t mean to be rude, but “When all else fails, read the directions.” I’m often surprised that I’ve missed some simple step if I go back and carefully read the directions. In general, starting completely fresh by turning off and back on, preferably disconnecting power source often helps.

my wife uses Sonic enchant 100 hearing aids and has a Bernafon soundClip-A. So I can safely say that your hearing aids are compatible with the Bernafon TV adapter
