In the past, I felt cell phone captioning was rather hit and miss and not always consistent. Just from reading reviews. There were lots of CC services, but most had drawbacks. Monthly fee, captioning irregularity, slow caption display/response, etc. Now CapTel offers cell phone capationing and I wonder if anyone on this forum has had good or bad experiences. CapTel’s been around forever and does offer good hardline connection. The question is does it do the same for cell phones?
