I thought my right (Resound Preza) had quit working, although it appeared normal in the app. Decided to get new HAs, although the left one works fine I figured it’s better/healthier/more effective to live with proper hearing in both ears. After completing my hearing test and deciding on the new model, the tech cleaned the mic in my malfunctioning right HA and – it works as good as new now!
