ComPilot II vs ComPilot Air II - What are your experiences?

At this point they are suggesting that it is the lanyard. If the do suggest new aids It will be a different brand.

Compilot II Air - experience.

I found this site and thought I’d share my experience. For me it works great, but considering I am a slow adopter when it comes to hearing aids. The only issue I had is that after 2 years the On/Off switch broke. Being a SMD technician, found the problem and the switch was unable to be repaired. So I looked for replacement parts and none were to be found. I just shorted the switch to be on all the time. The battery will drain of course, so I guess I’ll leave it on the charger overnight. Sharing my experience because someone else was bound to have the same issue. Since I am a veteran, I think they will replace it. but not holding my breath.
