I had a set of Oticon More aids and used the Blue Tooth adapter to assist in hearing the TV. Everything worked fine until I upgrades to the Oticon Real 1. Now the connectivity is annoying. It works, except when it decided to kick in and out. I can get a long stream of good with sporadic times of it “breaking up”. I have also noticed a similar problem using my phone, although I am rarely on it so it is less an issue. I did contact Oticon and was told that they are aware of it and were working to resolve it. Part of me wants to believe that, and the suspicious part wants to believe I was getting the run around. I have no problems with the aids under any other situations but whenever is involved they are annoying. My only reason for having upgraded in the first place was that the offered it to me as my original “More” units were reaching 3 years of age and they recommended upgrading.
I guess that I’m looking to find others in the same situation so I can feel better about it until and unless it ever gets resolved.
