Long time, many brands and fits over 50 years. Phonak audeo I90 sphere hearing aids 2025. Recently moved back to Wisconsin after 13 years in Florida. Had a lg tv there one simply plugin and it worked well. Enjoyed the ability to hear as in my youth and actually understand what I heard. Wisconsin AT&T uverse system and a samsung smart tv. Omg! I can’t get anything to work right. Bluetooth engaged, streaming is a challenge, no idea! Tried insignia hdmi audio extractor because i couldn’t connect to the samsung. Does Bluetooth disrupt the signal to the phonak hearing connector or the reverse? Can both be running at the same time and work correctly? I cannot get volume. The tv will show a plus /minus sign for volume and others in the room can’t hear the tv but I can only hear it! Than if I go through AT&T uverse box it shows numerical ranges in the volume and those in the room can hear the tv and I can too? But it will just change back on its own or if you use one of the two remotes. One samsung and one AT&T. I’ve tried every combination, assistance, online and advise just turns into frustration. Bought different cords, tried direct connect to AT&T box, direct connect to samsung tv. I have emptied out all resources! Help if you can! Please
