I recently bought and then re-programmed second- hand Rexton Reach R-LI 80 . These came with 122/65P mini receivers. However my hearing loss falls comfortably within the range of less poweful 119/60M receivers. Would there be any benefit in hearing quality if I change out the receivers?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes I did get them on Ebay at a good price. The online Rexton Assist in the Rexton App also works nicely for fine tuning.

Sorry I meant if you have an older programming device for older Oticon, Noahlink wireless is the industry standard so no problem as you know ; )
