Connexx wort connect to aids

hi there i have connexx 8.5 and signia silk 5px - hi pro connects ok but i cant for some reason get the software to connect to the aids i have put them in pairing mode/swapped cables and still nothing detected have a look at phots attached to see if you can help here - thanks

Actually its looking ok from what I see, but do try turning the flex strips around, so instead of the black dot facing up, have it facing down, and be sure to use fresh batteries.

fresh batteries i had in it and turned the flex strip around made not one bit of difference still cant connect to the hearing aids think im gonna uninstall the soft ware and hi pro and reload it again see if that makes any difference - thanks

eventually got one hearing aid connected and swapped cables so other hearing aid is not connecting with either right or left cables so i would like to remove the battery holder the part that swings open - is this possible so i can get to contacts of aid and try and clean the contacts ? thanks

Oh ok so you’re getting somewhere, yes the battery door can be replaced a good idea if you want to try and clean the connection, hopefully that will do it.

Great news, glad you got that sorted, hopefully you’ll get them set up just how you like them to sound.
