One of my Costco hearing aids sits in the charger but doesn’t blink or ever turn green. Just solid red. Has anyone else had this issue?

Welcome @Tdaig.Yes KS10 right aid. Had to take it to Costco for repair, collecting it today. Audiologist said they had replaced everything inside the shell, at the cost of £120 UK or $150 US. Well worth it for me, also includes fitting new power receivers on both aids. Dropped them on Tuesday, they were ready to collect by Friday.

If when you switch the aids in the charger, the same side of the charger stays red (so you know the aids are okay), the charger may not be defective but rather may just need cleaning. Happened to me once. Dipping one end of a Q-tip in isopropyl alcohol, squeezing out the extra into a tissue, and swabbing the damp end of the Q-tip, then the dry end, around the two sockets in the charger left my Q-tip surprisingly dirty, and that fixed the issue for me, once the alcohol evaporated. (Except when traveling with it, I typically leave my charger open. So it’s not surprising mine may need to be cleaned occasionally.)
If the same aid stays red in either side of the charger, I wouldn’t rub the body of the aid with alcohol, but you might try cleaning it with a clean cloth barely dampened with water, just to be sure a dirty aid body isn’t the issue.
If this doesn’t solve it, you’ve probably done all you can do without seeing your audi.

I wipe the contacts on the bodies of my aids with a tech wipe every night as I put them in the charger. Hoping to hold off that gunk problem.

Yes @hamjor1 I went through the same process you have just described and finally decided it must be the aid.
