So far, so good. No real issues.
The Costco I used was in PA, which I traveled 50 miles each way since my local stores in NJ do not carry them yet.

The specialist Bobby was professional and took his time adjusting my HAs. Used the real ear measurements, went through the app with me to understand all the features.
At this time I am still playing with all the features.
Sound quality is good, streaming is excellent, app connection is great with using my Galaxy S25 ultra.
Still need to test out phone calls since my calls picked up on my trucks .
Some features I am liking a lot, ability to create your own programs to use when desired, disabling the mics when listening to streams, the presets of of programs, resturant mode, etc, tap to ask assistant, tap other HA to enable Edge Mode+,
Super long battery life, using the first 2 hours batteries were still at a 100%.
I am so glad I did NOT use an online store to make my purchase of the Starkey Omega AI 24 which I was debating on. Because as I was watching the tech and computer programming screen, there is no way they can adjust your HAs virtually. You need to have the real hearing measurement machine hooked up to you to fine tune your HAs.
I will update this thread as I use them more.
I also found out that this HA SoundGear will 100% be rolling out to all stores in the up coming months per Bobby the HA specialist.
Peace out, and do you hear me! ?
