How can I disconnect a Roger On from my hearing aid?
The Roger On is faulty; it keeps turning on itself (even with the switch in the off position) and then automatically connecting to my hearing which therefore starts running the Roger Direct programme on my hearing aid.
My hearing aid is a Phonak Infinio Sphere.

If the Roger On has a defective switch then about all you can do is run out the battery or unpair from your aids by holding the pairing button of Roger on for approximately 10 seconds.

This is a reoccurring topic. May I suggest checking out this reply and also searching the forum for more info.
My suggestion (shown below) is to charge the faulty Roger and apply the Shipping Mode.
Shipping mode is explained in the Roger Instruction pamphlet too.
A few of us have run into a snag with our Roger On power switches not functioning. Here are two known issues and some suggestions on how to at least turn off your broken Roger ON. The plastic sliding On/Off switch might have slipped off (disconnected) from the internal sliding switch soldered to the circuit board.
