Been a phonak wearer for 20 years. Disappointed in the time it has taken Phonak to upgrade Nadia or present a new hearing aid for severe to profound loss. I am thinking of trying something from Octicon but want to first see if the software is available for self programming.

Hi there @Lydia_M great your giving a go, quite a difference between these two brands yhatnim sure you'll notice, but I wonder why you need the Nadia, your loss could easily be covered by other models from Phonak,but if you really want to try other brands have you got a Costco nearby, they have the best price's in town and service to boot.
