Evolv Ai 2400s Telephone setting

Long Time Starkey user and just got the new Evolv 2400 13 , I had to go to highest power available.

The telephone setting awesome in my church as they have the loop under the carpet. Now I was at local Starbucks today and telephone setting worked well playing music over web and from my music player with internal songs. Then I find telephone works fine with my music player and streaming on Youtube Music even at home. Can anyone explain more about the telephone setting?

Unrelated item, what are my options in changing settings with these, like software available other than going into my audiologist?

I don’t have a telephone setting in my Evolv, I suspect your Audi set that up.
