Just been trying Find my Hearing Aid on Phonak Sphere, not working correctly. Shows Location of Lost Aid at least a mile from the correct location (where I left it in my car about 50 meters away). This happens most of the time but very occasionally shows the correct location. Location is working correctly on my Android phone on Google maps. Any help? emphasized text

Were your aid and phone together and paired when you misplaced or left the Aid?
I am told the indicated location of the aid is totally dependent on the phone with its GPS being paired with the aid. If the aid, or the phone, are separated or if either one is switched off the aid only remembers the last position it obtained from the phone’s GPS.

The" lost aid" was in my car 50 meters away the other still in my ear and all switched on and paired. Very occasionally the “lost aid” is found correctly.
