Fitting software for lower-end Signia Prompt and Lotus

I am in need of fitting software for lower-end Signia models; Prompt and Lotus specifically. I am not sure if they can both be reprogrammed. I have all the required hardware (programming shoes, cs44, hipro) and the latest Connexx software. However the program doesn’t detect the devices. They’re simply incompatible. Please I need advice and if possible how to get compatible software. Thanks

Hi there, yeah they seem to be older models, might use the older versions 6 or 8 for them.
